Qualifications:
- Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
- At least 1 year experience supervising home-based programs, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these interventions
- Must possess the ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and summarize data to complete a progress report for a funding source
- Complete TB test and livescan clearance
- Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
- Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs
- Supervise and train mid-level supervisors and Behavior Therapists.
- Review progress reports for quality assurance and compliance with funding sources
- Provide face to face and Telehealth supervision for assigned cases
- Conduct and write initial assessments and progress reports for each client’s funding source
- Conduct assessments including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, and others as needed
- Work and collaborate with a Clinical Directors who oversee quality and integrity of our regional programs
- Demonstrate high levels of ethical decision-making and confidentiality according to the HIPAA requirements
- Perform other job duties as assigned
