Qualifications:

  • Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing
  • At least 1 year experience supervising home-based programs, as well as training parents and instructors how to implement these interventions
  • Must possess the ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and summarize data to complete a progress report for a funding source
  • Complete TB test and livescan clearance
  • Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
  • Experience conducting assessments: VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA

Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee applied behavior analysis (ABA) treatment programs for clients with autism spectrum disorder and other special needs
  • Supervise and train mid-level supervisors and Behavior Therapists.
  • Review progress reports for quality assurance and compliance with funding sources
  • Provide face to face and Telehealth supervision for assigned cases
  • Conduct and write initial assessments and progress reports for each client’s funding source
  • Conduct assessments including VB Mapp, Vineland, AFLS, and others as needed
  • Work and collaborate with a Clinical Directors who oversee quality and integrity of our regional programs
  • Demonstrate high levels of ethical decision-making and confidentiality according to the HIPAA requirements
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
